POSTAGE TO THE UK

Mainland addresses. Deliveries will be via Royal Mail and will need a signature on delivery.

Free UK Postage for orders over £30

Postage for orders of value £0.00 to £29.99 will be £4.50

 

PACKAGING

Large Prints are sold unframed and without a mount. The prints will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and rolled and posted in a sturdy cardboard tube. Supplied with descriptive print label.

Other prints are sold unframed and posted with a window mount, backing on acid free board and wrapped in cellophane with print label. Check the listing details to see whether the prints are supplied with mounts or not.

Cards and gifts will be wrapped in tissue paper, supplied with hand printed label.

DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK 

Please contact me for details of delivery costs outside of UK

DESPATCH 

Orders will be shipped by me within 5 days.

RETURNS

I will accept returns within 28 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be carefully wrapped in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage to me.

The delivery should  be returned at your cost using recorded delivery and please print and include a copy of your payment receipt and your contact details within the package being returned.

DAMAGED GOODS

REFUNDS

Once your return is received by me, I will contact you to let you know that the item has been received and whether the refund is approved.

If the refund is approved then this will be processed and credit applied to the original method of payment within 14 days minus the cost of postage and pay pal fees.
